Key Responsibilities |
|
|
To Monitor & Control the timely implementation and effectiveness of a
Production Plan with optimum use of resources to achieve targeted
quantity and quality as per customers requirement
Effective implementation and monitoring of production plan for producing
various grades of carbon black with different raw materials.
Contribute to improvement in the Quality Management System related to
processes & ensure its implementation to produce a Quality product for
customer satisfaction with Cost Effectiveness.
CRITICAL - Reduction in Plant breakdown with a goal of higher
productivity.
Plan standardization of Quality Management System & to ensure its
effective deployment.
Motivate and ensure development of teams through various initiatives to
raise competency level.
Execution of maintenance activities related critical equipment such as
reactors, bag filters,... for effective maintenance.
Execution of all activities with utmost importance to Safety for
providing a safe working environment.
Ensure that all effluent from plant premises is within Pollution Control
Compliance Norms. |

【Academic Degree】 Chemical Engineering preferred |

【Computer Skills】 Standard |
| |
【Languages】 Chinese plus Middle to upper level English oral, written and reading
skills |
| |
【Other】 6-8 years experience working in a continuous process industry.
Hands-on experience with shift operations. Experience with carbon
black would be an advantage. |
