	Develop Production Work Instruction Training of production operators and factory support staff in the manufacture of new products Line balancing and process optimization Coordination of sample and pilot builds of new products Elimination of constraints on production throughput in order to meet production orders or forecasts and increase efficiency and throughput Provide plans for optimum layout of equipment & line set-ups Develop & formulate preventative programs including periodic calibration Recommend equipment purchases and upgrades Troubleshoot equipments problems Design/recommend tools and fixtures for production
