	Key Responsibilities
	Provide management with the necessary elements of decision-making (e.g. detailed reports about market in respective provinces) Collection, Aggregation, Disclosure of market information within the organization Ongoing controlling of marketing methods regarding market relevance Input of regional characteristics regarding product specification / positioning Analysis and assessment of sales areas and customer segments Support during exhibitions in consulting potential customers Controlling dealers’ planning according to sales orders, support and information of dealers or agents Consultation and coordination with supervisor and colleagues Competitor intelligence evaluation (e.g. activities, specifications, prices);
	Required Experience/Skills
	【Academic Degree】 B.A. or above in management or marketing
	【Computer Skills】 Skilled with MS
	【Languages】 Good command of English (written & spoken);
	【Other】 At least 5 yrs working experience and 3 yrs sales experience Experience in power transmission components (gear boxes, winches, mechanical handling, wind turbine, mining and waste treatment, etc.) Mature, optimistic, and capable of working under pressure, ability to travel in China and surrounding countries A team player with proactive attitude and good communication skills
