	Key Responsibilities
	Ensure documented process instructions are correctly implemented and under control. Assembly planning including the forecasting and assembly scheduling, workshop layout Installation and maintenance of assembly equipment Setup of production line. Manage the assembly team schedule, identify training needs and support progress of team's career development. Setup and/or update relevant owned process flow.
	Required Experience/Skills
	【Academic Degree】 Bachelor degree or above, majoring mechanical engineering or related.
	【Computer Skills】 Skilled with MS, AutoCAD or PRO/E and other software.
	【Languages】 Advanced English.
	【Other】 3 yrs working experience with manufacturing of gears components and gearboxes assembly. Familiar with mechanical/electronic/hydraulics structure and components. Working knowledge of engineering principles and maintenance of machinery. Familiar with technical parameters, requirements, and enterprise standard of LMD gearboxes. Be able to accordingly analyze product technical parameter to make the product design more reasonable.
