Key Responsibilities |
|
|
An
RMS ABS Specialist is accountable for service delivery of Mobility
services in connection with all personnel inbound from overseas
countries and local employees outbound from the countries within their
geography. An RMS Specialist is also responsible for permanent and
temporary transfers into countries within their geography.
The role involves ensuring Mobility services are delivered for the
individual, the project management, the organization, CBF, CFM and HR.
• Provide Mobility services for multiple countries and assignees
• Involve direct supervision of a team of RMS Senior Analysts and
Analysts, located within the same office
• Have regular interaction with RMS local teams, other internal teams
and external vendors.
• Have accountability for managing relationships with local RMS teams
• Have accountability to other internal groups for the services
• Have accountability of managing vendor relationship and
address/escalate service level issues
• Participate in, manage or supervise others in 1 to 3 additional
projects or initiatives
• Ensure compliance with global and country processes and internal
controls. |

Required Experience/Skills |

degree or equivalent higher education qualification
Qualification in a related field (eg
Tax, Finance,) an advantage |

【Computer Skills】Sound
working knowledge of company applications (excel, word, share point)
plus job specific tools (RMS Connect) |

【Languages】•
Excellent oral and written communication + negotiation skills Strong
problem solving and conflict management skills. |

【Other】
• 5-6 years with a big 4 expatriate tax
department or providing expatriate administration in a large multi
national corporation required.
• Experience
supervising a team required
• Previous
experience of financial administration or service delivery an advantage |
