	工作内容及职责
	Ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel, contractors and visitors to site. Advising and ensuring an environmentally friendly plant. Carry out risk analysis for new products and processes. Liaising with Government Agencies relating to H&S and Environment. Producing reports as required for Management. Establish and maintain a safe working environment for the health and safety of employees, contractors and customers. Develop HSE management systems to meet the requirements of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Carry out and implement programs for the recognition, evaluation and control of physical and chemical hazards. Check and manage the usage and storage of all chemicals. Initiate and manage measures and corrective actions in the event of HSE issues (document problems, support research & solutions, define lessons learned, implement changes). Set up Emergency Response Plans and Procedures, organize emergency practices. Development of FMEA plans during initial phase of each product process. Produce quality plans including critical parameters, control plans, process flow charts. Measures of Performance: Prevention of accidents and incidents. Timely reporting of incidents. Production of reports as scheduled. Implementing effective emergency response procedures. Organizing Safety meetings and management reviews of SHE. Liaising effectively with Government bodies and Agencies.

	【其他】精通英语Requirements (Education & Experience): Bachelor Degree in an Engineering/Technical discipline. Minimum of 3 years experience in QHSE. 3 Years experience in establishing, developing and maintaining QHSE Systems. Experience in training and coaching employees. Experience working with Customers and Suppliers. Experience in metal production, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, aerospace or chemical industry Sound MS Office skills. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
