Companies Candidates				Recommendations continue until a position is filled with no fees prior to successful placement. DLUHR maintains a strict code of confidentiality regarding all services, communications, and information relating to employment commissions. With a candidate database of 15,000 university graduates we strictly observe all privacy laws regarding personal information of people who choose to register with us. Services to candidates are free of charge. DLUHR provides placement services to firms but does not engage in head-hunting.

The DLUHR Language Lab				DLUHR runs a variety of training programs tailored to meet the needs of your local staff or expatriate employees new to China. Content is based on your specific requirements. Representative Offices				In February of 2008 DLUHR qualified for licensing as a third party staff contractor. Third party staff services provide full payroll and benefits management for foreign companies that have only a licensed Representative Office and thus are unable to assume the legal responsibilities associated with employing private staff at this time.
