With a candidate database of 15,000 university graduates we strictly observe all privacy laws regarding personal information of people who choose to register with us. Services to candidates are free of charge.

DLUHR provides placement services to foreign-invested firms but does not engage in head-hunting.

On February 19, 2008 DLUHR increased its capital investment by 100% to 500,000 RMB to qualify for licensing as a third party staff contractor.

Third party staff services are for foreign startups or companies that are not fully incorporated or do not yet have a legal representative in Dalian and thus are unable to assume the legal responsibilities associated with employing private staff at this time. Following current labor law, DLUHR dispatches legally employed staff to your office.

DLUHR can act as your human affairs office providing full professional human affairs services relating to Chinese employees. We can disburse payroll, provide general employee bookkeeping for deductions such as social security, insurance, housing funds, and employee taxes. We consolidate your payroll accounting and handle employee documentation.
