Recommendations continue until a position is filled with no fees prior to successful placement. DLUHR maintains a strict code of confidentiality regarding all services, communications, and information relating to employment commissions. With a candidate database of 15,000 university graduates we strictly observe all privacy laws regarding personal information of people who choose to register with us. Services to candidates are free of charge. DLUHR provides placement services to firms but does not engage in head-hunting.
