Seiwajyuku, arrives to chair the ceremony establishing Seiwajyuku
Dalian and is greeted by Chairwoman Xie ShiJing who is the GM of
Dalian Universal Human Resources Ltd. Attendees include 99 Dalian
members, 180 members from Japan, and 700 entrepreneurs from all over
